Questions
How much does a custom rug cost?
Prices start at $95 + shipping, for a 16.5 × 16.5 in rug. The final price depends on the size, how detailed your design is and the personalization. We confirm it after seeing your photo.
Is the estimate the final price?
It's an estimate. Very detailed designs and final shipping weight can change the price — we always confirm with you before starting.
How long does it take?
Each rug is made by hand, so production time depends on the design and the size. We confirm the timing with your quote.
How do I pay?
Payment is made in full (100%) by Interac e-Transfer. We start your rug once payment is received.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada, from Halifax, Nova Scotia. Shipping within Halifax is free.
What kind of image works best?
A clear, well-lit image with defined shapes. Simple designs with fewer colours give the cleanest result.
